Taking Ourselves Aside

Without Self-kindness and Self-compassion we will never be able to accept our own and other peoples short-comings. Self-kindness is crucial to well-being and facilitates those nourishing micro-moments of connection with other people.

Taking ourselves apart to nourish ourselves for a few minutes through stillness or guided meditation not only raises our happiness, it also helps us to solve our daily challenges successfully and approach life with optimism.
